📋 Description

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Produce technical/solution specifications and support development teams throughout Agile delivery
• Perform impact assessments and contribute to solution design decisions.
• Ensure compliance with architecture, security, quality, performance, and business standards.
• Contribute actively to the continuous improvement and modernization of the EASY platform.
• Support incident analysis and resolution when required.

🎯 Requirements

• 7 to 12 years of experience in software development and/or solution analysis.
• Experience in insurance, business information, financial services, or data-intensive environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Autonomous, organized, and results-oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
