Solution Architect

📋 Description

• Partner with Sales during presales activities by validating technical feasibility, supporting RFP
• Lead customer discovery workshops to understand business requirements, technical constraints
• Build trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders by clearly communicating the value
• Design and document detailed enterprise integration architectures, including data flows, REST APIs
• Work alongside Program Managers to scope and deliver innovative, data-centric integration solutions
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to bring integration capabilities and

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Solution Architect, Presales Engineer, Integration Consultant, or in a comparable
• Strong hands-on integration experience with REST APIs, JSON, SSO, ETL, and iPaaS technologies such
• Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, or other enterprise business applications.
• Salesforce and/or Veeva integration experience, particularly within life sciences or pharmaceutical
• Familiarity with technologies such as Salesforce REST APIs, Apex, and SOQL is a plus.
• Understanding of life sciences or pharmaceutical compliance requirements, including data privacy
