• Own the overall solution architecture for client implementations.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years software implementation for enterprise SaaS.
• 3-5 years in SaaS event technology; RainFocus preferred.
• Own solution architecture for complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Trusted advisor to executive stakeholders; align with business strategy.
• Improve processes, drive adoption, and measure impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to diverse audiences.
• Collaborative across cross-functional teams; travel up to 20%.
• Experience in event tech, martech, or enterprise B2B SaaS.
