📋 Description

• Own end-to-end federated lakehouse architecture on Azure Databricks and Microsoft Fabric
• Define federated multi-tenant design with shared vs institution catalogs and security
• Establish reference architectures, patterns, and standards
• Document architecture decisions with clear rationale for stakeholders
• Design ingestion from Workday and legacy systems into the lakehouse
• Provide hands-on design authority to data engineers, BI developers, DevOps, governance staff

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years designing cloud data platforms
• Deep Azure Databricks and Unity Catalog expertise
• ELT/ETL, orchestration, and Bronze-Silver-Gold data modeling
• Design multi-source integration (ERP/SIS/LMS/CRM/identity)
• Define security, access, governance in multi-team environments
• Senior IC — set standards without direct reports
