Solution Architect

📋 Description

• Translate business needs into scalable, reliable, secure and resilient IT solutions
• Define target functional and technical architectures and support their implementation
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and support them in DevOps, private/public cloud
• Guide project managers and business teams towards the target functional architecture
• Collaborate with numerous stakeholders: Security, Data Governance, Operational Resilience, Data
• Ensure solution consistency with enterprise architecture standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, IT or equivalent
• 5 to 10 years of experience as Solution Architect and/or Tech Lead
• Solid experience in Swiss and international private banking
• Good functional understanding of one or more domains: Wealth Management, Asset Management, Trading
• Ability to work with business teams, technical experts and control functions
• Excellent ability to federate cross-functional teams around a target architecture
