📋 Description

• Partner with account executives to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Serve as primary technical advisor during Claude adoption journey.
• Support customers building with Claude API and Claude for Work.
• Create and deliver technical content for engineering and executives.
• Guide technical architecture decisions to integrate Claude into stacks.
• Help customers develop evaluation frameworks for Claude use cases.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, TAM).
• Experience with enterprise customers in India or APAC, navigating complex cycles.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders including executives.
• Strong technical communication translating customer requirements between tech and business.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and enterprise integrations.
• Comfortable with Python.
