Solution Architect, Asia & Korea

📋 Description

• Own solution design for key ServiceNow solutions, such as SecOps, TechOps, AI Control Tower, and
• Run technical discovery, solution workshops, and proof-of-value engagements, and produce solution
• Validate technical feasibility, scalability, security, and data design with customer architects and
• Align the ServiceNow platform strategy with the customer’s wider technology estate, including ERP
• Feed field learnings, customer patterns, and reusable assets back to the EA and product teams.
• Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, enterprise architects, and business sponsors

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
• 7 or more years in solution architecture, technical solution consulting, or implementation
• Experience designing solutions for at least one priority industry (FSI, Telco, Public sector), with
• Background in pre-sales or technical roles, including pursuit support, technical validation, and
• Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator
• Experience working across Asia markets, with the ability to engage both regional and local customer
