Solution Architect, CLM

📋 Description

• Act as a thought leader for customers; oversee deliverables and day-to-day relationships.
• Drive innovation in solution delivery capabilities, enterprise delivery methodology and reusable assets.
• Provide executive-level Business Consulting and Pre-Sales support.
• Work with Sales on consulting and pre-sales activities.
• Advise customers on solution tradeoffs to aid cost/benefit decisions across business processes, architecture, and IT.
• Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ implementations across Ironclad, Conga CLM, DocuSign CLM, or IAM.
• Experience as a Solutions Architect with Ironclad, Conga CLM, DocuSign CLM, or IAM.
• 5+ years selling/delivering CLM/IAM solutions across Ironclad, Conga CLM, or DocuSign CLM.
• 3+ DocuSign and/or Ironclad certifications.
• Experience in all phases of services delivery, SDLC, and testing.
• Expert in project delivery and program management across the SDLC.
