Solution Architect - DACH

📋 Description

• Proactively engage with customer tech decision-makers and influencers.
• Run data workshops to plan solutions aligned with goals and tech environments.
• Drive pilots, POC, and value to move pilots to productive deployments grounded in business impact.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and deployment; provide solutions.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve blockers to accelerate architecture; route non-technical issues.
• Leverage best practices to guide customer strategy and growth for Insider One.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in consultative/complex technical deployments, architecture, and support of distributed apps.
• Proven track record building deep technical relationships with senior IT execs in large accounts.
• Outstanding English and German communication; can lead virtual teams and ensure project success.
• Extensive experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and tech management.
• Familiar with development methodologies and technologies: JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS; REST, XML; databases.
