📋 Description

• Support clients and internal teams through HCM implementations.
• Provide solution architecture guidance across HR, workforce, and payroll.
• Assist with system config, testing, issue resolution, and deployments.
• Analyze business requirements and translate to HCM tech solutions.
• Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Support additional client projects and initiatives as required.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years with HRIS or HCM platforms.
• Ceridian Dayforce experience is highly advantageous.
• Extensive HCM implementations: HR, workforce, payroll.
• Strong HR tech processes, config, testing, deployment.
• Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, teams.
• Analytical skills to translate requirements into solutions.
