📋 Description

• Own the overall solution architecture for client implementations, leading solution design that
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive client stakeholders, building relationships with VP and
• Lead solution design and drive platform adoption, collaborating with Solution Consultants and
• Provide oversight across the client implementation portfolio, ensuring adherence to project
• Lead discovery calls, post-conference reviews, and client communications, owning key client-facing
• Mentor and develop Solution Consultants, providing active mentorship and best practice guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software implementation experience with deep expertise implementing SaaS platforms for
• Demonstrated track record of gathering, documenting, and translating complex requirements
• Proven ability to own overall solution architecture for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a trusted advisor to executive-level client stakeholders.
• Proven track record of creating significant efficiencies through process design, driving adoption
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and client
