📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of revenue cycle transformation initiatives, including Epic implementation
• Define solution strategy, scope, and roadmap aligned to client goals and billing and collections
• Drive execution across complex, cross-functional teams spanning operational, clinical, and
• Design and optimize Epic back-end revenue cycle workflows across claims submission, payment
• Ensure alignment between Epic configuration, business processes, and desired operational and

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, technology-enabled healthcare initiatives (e.g., Epic
