📋 Description

• Pre-sales support for Federal Civilian market opportunities.
• Provide day-to-day technical support: discovery, demos, POVs, close-out.
• Engage with customers to demonstrate Nexthink solutions and communicate value.
• Collaborate with IT Security, IT Operations, and IT Service Management to illustrate use cases.
• Become a Nexthink SME and thought leader to drive business value.
• Execute Technical Validation cycles (POC/POV) to obtain technical win.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years selling into Federal Civilian Agencies with success.
• Knowledge of Federal market and security standards/regulations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication with executives and tech teams.
• Entrepreneurial, independent, strong judgment; escalate when needed.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Travel at least 50% and occasional international travel.
