📋 Description

• Provide hands-on presales support to new and existing customers.
• Partner with Sales, Professional Services, and Partners to align with local market.
• Become Nexthink subject matter expert; champion business value of the platform.
• Qualify leads using deep product knowledge; demonstrate value.
• Run value-based workshops to help prospects understand Nexthink value.
• Field-based role with domestic travel across the Southeast.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in enterprise presales or technical consulting (End User Computing SaaS)
• Proven track record partnering with sales to meet revenue goals
• Experience introducing new technology into a new market
• Experience in Workplace/Desktop Services or Digital Experience Monitoring
• Cloud, Windows 10, O365, or related migration/change projects
• ITIL framework, Service Lifecycle, or related QoS disciplines
