Solution Consultanting Manager

📋 Description

• Lead Elliptic's Solution Consulting function across the Americas.
• 70% time building/leading the team; 30% on strategic deals.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Marketing on GTM strategy.
• Mentor teams to deliver measurable value for enterprise clients.
• Champion value-based, consultative selling in complex multi-stakeholder cycles.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, CS, Marketing, Product, and SME groups.

🎯 Requirements

• Over 5 years leading pre-sales/SC teams in B2B SaaS.
• Blockchain analytics, Digital Assets or Crypto Compliance.
• Experience building/scaling SC teams (~10 people).
• Strong value-based/consultative selling in multi-stakeholder cycles.
• APIs, integration workflows, cloud environments, enterprise architecture.
• Experience designing tailored demos, pilots, and POCs.
