Solution Deployment Manager

📋 Description

• Manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live.
• Define platform architecture based on learner personas and org structure.
• Drive project management and oversee integrations, APIs, and third-party apps.
• Guide customers through onboarding to ensure successful deployment.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional consulting, client-facing (TAM/Impl/Pre-sales).
• Deployment of SaaS products, HR domain preferred; API and SSO knowledge.
• Solution-oriented, client-first mindset.
• Able to translate tech concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills; manage multiple implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; bonus scripting and data fluency.
