• Comprehensive expertise in Microsoft Business Platform: Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement, ERP
• Track record in leveraging Microsoft AI, advanced analytics, and cloud-native technologies
• Experience managing complex enterprise project lifecycles
• Strong client relationship and commercial acumen
• Leadership, communication, and organisational skills
