Solution Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with the Account Management team on discovery calls, product demonstrations, and
• Use hands-on quality engineering experience to understand customer workflows, requirements, and
• Prepare and deliver credible demonstrations tailored to manufacturing and quality use cases.
• Support customer pilots, evaluations, and follow-up conversations through expansion decisions.
• Help translate technical and operational requirements into clear recommendations for customers and
• Contribute to the expansion team's revenue targets, with performance measures to be finalized.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of quality processes and the credibility to engage experienced
• Clear presentation, facilitation, and communication skills with a consultative, customer-facing
• Ability to learn IntellaQuest's product and sales motion and turn domain knowledge into effective
• Experience supporting pilots, technical evaluations, implementation, or pre-sales conversations

🎁 Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 USD
• OTE of $135,000 - $160,000 USD
