Solution Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with Account Executives on enterprise deals and lead technical discovery.
• Lead architecture discussions, demos, and PoCs tailored to prospects.
• Build proof-of-concept deployments and reference architectures.
• Answer deployment, security, and integration questions.
• Fully remote role; Germany-based for timezone alignment with sales.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong engineering background with hands-on infra or platform tooling (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in pre-sales or solutions engineering with enterprise customers.
• Lead technical conversations with senior engineers on deployment and security.
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
• Comfortable building demos and PoCs.
• Strong communicator bridging customer requirements and product capabilities.
