Solution Engineer

📋 Description

• Support pre-sales and post-sales engagements across Vehicle OS, SDS and Tooling.
• Conduct technical discovery, demos, and proof-of-concept work across product suite.
• Adapt technical depth to the most relevant product pillar for each customer.
• Build cross-pillar proposals when a customer spans multiple product areas.
• Collaborate with product and solution teams to ramp up on new areas.
• Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements with clear internal communication.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of automotive software or technical customer engagement across multiple domains.
• Strong foundations in E/E architecture, ADAS validation, and/or autonomy.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technical domains quickly for customer-facing work.
• Track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Degree in CS, EE, or related field; Python and/or C++ programming.
• English communication; German or another European language is a plus.
