  • Configure Genesys Cloud CX across voice and digital channels, including queues and routing.
  • Build and enhance call flows, orchestration logic, and routing for enterprise use cases.
  • Implement integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs, webhooks, and connectors.
  • Configure, test, and support Genesys Cloud telephony capabilities, including Cloud Voice and BYOC.
  • Develop and deploy digital bots, messaging workflows, and agent assist features per solution patterns.
  • Support CI/CD, environment promotion, and release activities for reliable deployments.

  • 3+ years hands-on Genesys Cloud CX implementation/configuration.
  • Practical experience building Genesys Cloud routing apps, Architect flows, queues, and omnichannel.
  • Experience with Genesys Cloud APIs, integrations, and data exchange.
  • Familiarity with Genesys Cloud analytics and reporting (standard and custom).
  • Unix/Linux environments knowledge and log review for troubleshooting.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployments.
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail; follow defined designs and delivery standards.
