Solution Engineer (Post-sales)

📋 Description

• Be the senior technical specialist for complex customer conversations.
• Engage with CTOs and data architects to co-design pipelines.
• Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise use cases.
• Translate requirements into actionable guidance for customers and internal teams.
• Build expertise in the modern data stack and related ecosystems.
• Identify expansion opportunities through technical engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (Solutions Engineering, Data Engineering, or similar).
• Deep knowledge of ETL/ELT, cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks).
• Hands-on experience with data integration tools, CDC, event streaming, or warehouse-native
• Strong architectural communication; able to discuss data infrastructure with engineers and
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with high autonomy.
