Solution Engineer - Remote

📋 Description

• Lead AI-driven discovery and requirements sessions to identify opportunities for intelligent
• Translate client needs into end-to-end AI-enabled solutions using LLMs and AI workflows, APIs
• Design and deliver scalable implementations on Bureau Composer, including real-time decisioning
• Conduct technical presentations, demos, and AI solution workshops for both executive and technical
• Guide production deployment, integration, and troubleshooting of AI-powered solutions
• Partner with Sales and Product to identify expansion opportunities and increase incremental revenue

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, AI Solutions, or Systems Architecture
• Demonstrated AI literacy with practical application (LLMs, automation workflows, enterprise AI use
• Experience translating client requirements into scalable production-ready solutions
• Working knowledge of security practices (IAM, data protection, compliance frameworks)
• Experience in credit, fraud, identity, or risk analytics domains
