Solution Executive, Managed Services

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor by understanding customer priorities, operational challenges
• Partner with Account Executives and Sales Directors early in the sales cycle to identify, qualify
• Lead structured discovery processes that uncover customer pain points, business risks, decision
• Drive recurring revenue growth by increasing managed services adoption across cloud, cybersecurity
• Lead consultative conversations with CIOs, CFOs, CTOs, COOs, IT Directors, Operations leaders, and
• Develop compelling executive-level value propositions that demonstrate how managed services can

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in managed services, IT services, technical sales, services consulting
• Proven experience leading strategic customer engagements and technology transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated success developing account expansion strategies and recurring revenue growth programs.
• Strong understanding of managed services business models, service delivery frameworks, governance
• Highly proficient in AI tools and their practical application to customer engagement, operational
• Understanding of AI-enabled operations, automation platforms, predictive analytics, AIOps, and
