Solution Manager

📋 Description

• Lead solution discovery, workshops and requirements with customers and stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes, challenges and goals to identify the best approach.
• Produce solution proposals, high level designs and recommendations.
• Work with Product Managers, Engineering and Delivery to align requirements.
• Define scope, assumptions, dependencies and success criteria.
• Ensure scalable, supportable solutions aligned with architecture and product strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Business Admin or related field preferred.
• Equivalent industry experience considered.
• 4-6 years in Solution Management, Architecture, PM or BA roles.
• Proven experience with complex software solutions with multiple products and stakeholders.
• Led discovery workshops, requirements definition and solution design.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery.
