Solution Manager, People Systems

📋 Description

• Lead, coach and develop the Workday functional team, establishing clear priorities, delivery
• Own the Workday functional roadmap and solution design for assigned modules, including cross-module
• Own assigned Workday modules end to end, including BAU support, SLA and backlog management, ticket
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Workday configurations, processes, reports
• Govern the full solution lifecycle, including design, configuration, testing, UAT, release
• Ensure the reliable delivery of critical People processes such as employee lifecycle management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in Workday functional leadership, with at least 3 years in a management role
• Expert knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent
• Proven track record of leading Workday implementations, enhancements, and major projects end-to-end
• Strong experience in designing scalable Workday configurations, business processes, reports, and
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to partner across Technology, Security, Data
