Solution Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the Product Owner role for the delivery stream, defining product requirements and priorities
• Translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable requirements and acceptance criteria
• Own product metrics and turn them into insights for the product org
• Dig into call recordings and other signals to surface insight
• Lead backlog grooming, priority refinement, and requirements alignment
• Build deep expertise across government use cases (property assessment, land development, public

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience in government (ideally within a government geospatial office) with
• Experience with geospatial data and government use
• Familiarity with government procurement and intergovernmental collaboration
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to build, validate, and pitch business cases
• Comfort with geospatial technology and remote sensing, ideally with Esri, Autodesk, or Bentley
