Solution Product Manager, Government

📋 Description

• Lead the Product Owner role for the delivery stream, defining product requirements and priorities
• Translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable requirements and acceptance criteria
• Own product metrics and convert them into actionable insights for the broader product organization
• Analyze call recordings and other signals to surface customer insights for the wider team
• Lead backlog grooming, priority refinement, and requirements alignment with the delivery team
• Build deep expertise across government use cases including property assessment, land development

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience in government, preferably in a geospatial office, with product or project
• Hands-on experience with government procurement and understanding of local, state, and federal
• Experience with geospatial data and its use in government is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to build, validate, and articulate a compelling business case in plain language
• Comfort with geospatial technology and remote sensing, and familiarity with Esri, Autodesk, or
