Solution Train Engineer

📋 Description

• Facilitate Solution Train execution and large-scale organizational ceremonies, including: Pre- and
• Manage and optimize the flow of value through the Solution Train using enterprise-level tools such
• Coordinate architectural alignment, technical interdependencies, capabilities, and integration
• Facilitate collaboration and communication among engineering leads, Product and Program Management
• Identify, track, and resolve cross-team and cross-train impediments, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Monitor Solution Train performance and provide clear, concise reporting on delivery progress

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering
• Minimum experience requirements: Bachelor’s degree: 18 years of relevant experience; Master’s
• Experience developing products and/or managing engineering activities in software, systems, or
• Demonstrated experience coordinating complex technical programs involving multiple Agile Release
• Strong understanding of Agile at scale, particularly the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), in a
• Experience supporting DoD contracts, military programs, or other government technology initiatives
