Solutions Advisor - Work Transformation

📋 Description

• Define and execute the growth strategy for the Work Transformation solutions advisory function
• Lead strategic pursuits, new-logo opportunities, upsell and cross-sell initiatives, and complex
• Develop compelling, outcome-focused value propositions, executive presentations, transformation
• Serve as a trusted advisor to VP- and C-suite stakeholders, helping organizations address operating
• Lead the design and evolution of scalable solutions spanning operating model transformation
• Collaborate with delivery, engineering, platform, sales, and marketing teams to ensure solution

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in technology and/or business consulting, with significant experience in
• Proven track record of building consulting practices, developing differentiated solutions, and
• Extensive experience leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives and translating strategic
• Strong business development and pre-sales experience, including leadership of complex
• Deep knowledge of agile methodologies, product operating models, organizational change management
• Experience with the Atlassian ecosystem is strongly preferred.
