Solutions Architect

📋 Description

• Lead solution architecture for PLM projects, guiding architects and implementation consultants
• Collaborate with customers to understand business needs, capture requirements, and define
• Lead blueprinting, business process capture, large-scale data migrations, and system upgrade
• Develop functional and technical design documentation, including gap analyses, solution
• Translate business requirements into scalable PLM architectures that align with customer processes
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, providing project updates, technical

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or
• At least 12 years of experience in MCAD and PLM, including solution architecture, solution design
• Deep understanding of PLM concepts, including product structures, workflows, change management, and
• Strong hands-on experience with Windchill and enterprise system integrations, such as SAP and
• Proven experience leading PLM implementations, data migrations, and system upgrades.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving skills.

• Annual base salary: $150,000–$180,000, depending on experience, qualifications, geographic
