📋 Description

• Prepare customers to implement Gainsight and scale success.
• Conduct requirement gathering to understand business needs.
• Identify and escalate issues/risks with internal & external stakeholders.
• Partake in solutioning and document the solution.
• Understand data architecture; perform data discoveries.
• Ensure scalability of solutions and reduce customer technical debt.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4 years of professional services/enterprise implementation; SaaS preferred.
• Solid technical skills: CRM, cloud databases, data integration, Salesforce.
• Document requirements and provide prescriptive recommendations.
• Experience managing enterprise software implementations with waterfall and agile.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives on multiple engagements.
• Executive presence and communication with technical, business, and VP & C-level stakeholders.
