Solutions Architect

📋 Description

• Act as technical advisor to strategic customers, ideating AI apps on Together OSS models
• Run complex demos and POCs of Together's stack (hardware & software)
• Collaborate with sales to qualify prospects and support customers building Gen AI solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with customer leadership for deployment success
• Deliver high-value feedback to Product, Engineering, Research to evolve the platform
• Build educational content and tooling (playbooks, blogs, demos)

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role with at least 2 years in a pre-sales function
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to map business needs to technical solutions for customers
• Strong AI/ML, GPU tech and HPC background
• Understanding of training, fine-tuning and inference for open-source LLMs
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript; prototyping on API platforms
