Solutions Architect

📋 Description

• Work with the customer's stakeholders to understand their aviation business requirements and
• Design and implement cloud and data solutions tailored to the customer's operational needs
• Lead technical design reviews and architecture decisions with the customer's engineering teams
• Provide ongoing technical guidance and support to the customer's teams throughout solution
• Collaborate with Amach's product and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met and
• Drive adoption of best practices and optimisation strategies within the customer's technology

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture or similar technical advisory roles within cloud
• Demonstrated expertise with Amazon Connect and related AWS services
• Strong understanding of aviation industry processes, systems or business challenges is highly valued
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both
• Experience working embedded with customers or in customer-facing technical roles
