📋 Description

• Lead complex enterprise engagements from discovery through measurable value realization.
• Translate ambiguous customer problems into clear solution architectures, implementation plans, and
• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders across travel, procurement, finance, IT, and sustainability.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions directly with customers to prove value early.
• Shape roadmap priorities by feeding real-world learnings into product development.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Data, and Customer Success to drive retention and long-term impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years in solution architecture, implementation consulting, or enterprise systems design.
• Technically fluent with data concepts, models, metrics, transformations, and workflows.
• Ability to query large datasets using SQL or similar tools.
• Ability to influence technical implementations even if not a full-time engineer.
• Excellent communication to translate complex concepts into executive narratives.
• Comfort with early-stage environments where ownership and speed matter.
