📋 Description

• Own data hub and mapper architecture; define RFCs and scalable designs.
• Serve as technical conduit between ESS and Brazil; align priorities.
• Lead architecture reviews; guide cross-team design decisions.
• Drive platform development; secure deployment; optimize performance and cost.
• Hands-on with AI-native engineering (agents, LLMs, MCP, workflows).
• Collaborate with global teams to reduce architectural drift.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in software engineering, solution/platform architecture in complex environments.
• System design, distributed systems, and large-scale backend architectures.
• Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and OpenAPI API design.
• AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, containers, and modern cloud-native architectures.
• CI/CD, deployment pipelines (Jenkins), and release strategies incl. rollback.
• Security architecture and code quality tools (SonarQube, Veracode, Checkmarx).
• Advanced English; Portuguese for local collaboration.
