📋 Description

• Own global VC/Rooms architecture and standards, including room designs, device standardization
• Lead the FY27 lifecycle refresh program, prioritizing investments, budget alignment, and deployment
• Drive EoL device remediation, refresh strategy, and replacement governance to minimize operational
• Enable proactive operations and room readiness through monitoring, performance telemetry
• Provide strategic leadership across facilities, vendors, and platform evolution, ensuring workplace

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise video conferencing / AV / collaboration spaces
• Proven track record managing lifecycle transitions and EoL/EoS remediation across a large VC
• Strong cross-functional delivery leadership—comfortable operating at the intersection of
• Strong program governance and operational discipline.
