📋 Description

• Own complex customer solutions from discovery through implementation.
• Translate enterprise requirements into executable designs and artifacts.
• Lead solution blueprints, migration plans, and implementation-ready docs.
• Partner with AEs and AMs pre- and post-signature to drive discovery.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders when priorities or constraints shift.
• Troubleshoot end-to-end platform issues across config and integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in solutions architecture or related role.
• Move fluidly between customer conversations, platform capabilities, and implementation realities.
• Strong track record translating ambiguous requirements into scalable designs.
• Comfort making tradeoffs when requirements, capabilities, or timelines differ.
• Hands-on troubleshooting across platform configuration, integrations, and data.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
