📋 Description

• Design scalable, performant apps and infrastructure using MongoDB.
• Advise customers on architecture patterns and business value.
• Collaborate with sales; own technical discovery, demos, sizing, and documentation.
• Generate demand in the sales territory via technical initiatives and events.
• Foster strong customer relationships; build champions and ensure success.
• Mentor other Solutions Consulting team members; participate in training.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of relevant industry experience, plus ~2 years in customer-facing roles.
• Min 2 years with scripting languages (Python/Node.js/SQL) or languages (C, Java, C#).
• Experience building scalable, highly available distributed systems in cloud and on-prem.
• Ability to review complex architectures with customers and guide improvements.
• Excellent presentation and communication; convey complex tech to leadership.
• Travel up to 25%.
