Solutions Architect

📋 Description

• Develop, build, test and deploy custom software solutions leveraging a wide array of Smartsheet
• Design and build AI-powered workflows and automations — leveraging LLMs, AI agents, and
• Leverage AI coding assistants such as Claude Code to accelerate custom development, prototyping
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and techniques and apply them to accelerate time-to-value for customers
• Lead technical consulting engagements that require custom software development by leading design
• Design and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years relevant work experience or equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education
• Working experience with two or more of our primary languages (.Net, NodeJS, Python, Java, Ruby)
• Full-stack development skills, with the ability to independently design, build, and ship
• Familiarity with AI/LLM technologies and experience integrating them into applications via APIs
• Working knowledge of prompt engineering and AI agent design patterns, with curiosity for applying
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, with comfort
