📋 Description

• Lead discovery to align MOST plan with 240-hour allocation.
• Facilitate vision, alignment, and prioritization sessions to define outcomes and milestones.
• Conduct collaboration, workflow, and workspace assessments; synthesize insights.
• Design governance for workspace structure, naming, access, lifecycle, templates.
• Guide customers through change-management, including comms and rollout sequencing.
• Coach teams on Miro best practices, templates, AI workflows, and planning.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in consulting, change management, or Agile transformation.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale teams through workflow or tool adoption.
• Proven ability to lead structured discovery and actionable recommendations.
• Enable cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Design, Strategy, PMO, Eng) to adopt tools.
• Near-native Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
• Familiarity with collaboration governance, workspace architecture, and lifecycle management.
