📋 Description

  • You will work with 1-5 clients as the main technical voice for Databricks
  • Lead customers on a transformational journey to evaluate and adopt Databricks
  • Implement the technical strategy in the account with clear alignment
  • Build a movement of technical champions within the account
  • Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions
  • Provide structured mentorship for other team members

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in large Retail/CPG deals (> $1m ARR)
  • 3+ years in pre-sales or supporting sales activity
  • Technical in big data, data science and cloud
  • Ability to drive data-driven business transformation and change
  • 3+ years designing/implementing big data tech (Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP/OLAP) or data science lifecycle
  • Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java
