📋 Description

• Lead discovery to understand customer goals, workflows, and pain points; translate findings into a
• Facilitate sessions to define outcomes, success criteria, and adoption milestones
• Assess collaboration/workflow/workspace; synthesize insights and provide improvement recommendations
• Design governance frameworks to reduce risk and enable long-term scalability
• Guide change-management initiatives, including communication plans and rollout sequencing
• Coach teams on best practices, AI workflows, and techniques to streamline planning and

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in consulting, change management, Agile transformation, digital collaboration, or similar
• Experience leading enterprise-scale adoption initiatives
• Proven ability to run structured discovery and define actionable recommendations
• Cross-functional collaboration experience (IT, Product, Design, Strategy, PMO, Engineering)
• Technical: familiarity with collaboration governance, workforce architecture, Human-Centered
