📋 Description

  • Lead customer implementations end-to-end with adoption and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Solutions Architecture/Pre-Sales in SaaS.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management across multiple workstreams.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, workflows, or integrations.
  • Storytelling and communication for technical and exec audiences.
  • Commercial mindset; architecture drives adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Proven experience building scalable frameworks, architectures, or delivery models.
