📋 Description

• Pre-Sales architect helping enterprises understand Claude and how to deploy into their stack.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to guide customers from discovery to deployment.
• Architect innovative LLM solutions addressing complex business challenges while prioritizing safety
• Assist customers with Claude API and Claude for Work usage, and design scalable architectures.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and collect feedback to improve product and integration patterns.
• Travel occasionally for workshops and technical deep dives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Technical Account
• Native-level Korean, business-level English required.
• Experience with enterprise customers and complex buying cycles.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders (C-suite, engineering, IT).
• Technical communication skills to translate customer requirements between technical and business
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
