📋 Description

• Partner with account executives to deeply understand customer requirements and translate them into
• Serve as the primary technical advisor to enterprise customers throughout their Claude adoption
• Support customers building with both the Claude API and Claude for Work
• Create and deliver technical content tailored to audiences from engineering to executives
• Guide technical architecture decisions and help customers integrate Claude into their tech stack
• Help customers develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude’s performance

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical
• Experience with enterprise customers in India or APAC, navigating complex buying cycles
• Ability to translate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders including C-suite and IT teams
• Strong technical communication; translate customer requirements between technical and business
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems
• Comfortable with Python
