Solutions Architect - Colombia / Argentina

📋 Description

• Act as the technical advisor from discovery to production.
• Design reference architectures, data models, and ingestion/query patterns.
• Own and run proofs of concept and benchmarks.
• Partner with Account Executives to build tech account strategy.
• Deliver technical presentations, demos, and workshops to diverse audiences.
• Advise customers on schema design, query optimization, and migration.

🎯 Requirements

• Customer-facing tech experience (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Data Engineer, or Technical Consultant).
• Deep SQL and OLAP DB experience (ClickHouse, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Strong distributed systems fundamentals: partitioning, replication, consistency, scale.
• Comfort with the modern data stack: Kafka, BI tools, orchestration, and cloud infra.
• Ability to run and win technical evaluations, influencing buying decisions.
• Self-starter, thrives with ambiguity, willing to travel periodically.
