Partner with Product and Engineering to share customer feedback and threat patterns.
Analyze trends across alerts and customer environments to improve platform.
Support onboarding and ongoing detection workflows for select customers.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in solutions engineering or threat intelligence.
Strong ability to support customer requests and collaborate with product/engineering.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Experience with detections methodology is helpful but not required.
Thoughtful, curious, and resourceful problem solver.
