📋 Description

• Own end-to-end solution design for enterprise accounts from scoping to go-live.
• Design integration architectures linking interface.ai to core banking and telephony systems.
• Serve as primary technical POC and escalation owner through go-live and beyond.
• Deliver architecture blueprints and integration specs before handoff; translate designs into diagrams.
• Act as escalation owner for production integration issues; diagnose and resolve; communicate status.
• Build reusable reference architectures and runbooks for core banking and telephony.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field, or equivalent production experience.
• 6–12 years in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech; 3–5 years in SA/principal architect.
• Progressed from hands-on engineering to architecture; delivered production integrations.
• Direct integration experience with core banking platforms (Jack Henry, Fiserv, FIS, Corelation).
• Telephony/CCaaS integration fluency (SIP trunking, IVR, voice AI, PSTN).
• Deep understanding of conversational AI and NLU; routing, thresholds, sessions.
