📋 Description

• Lead customer implementations across accounting, commerce, and banking integrations.
• Design and implement end-to-end customer integrations.
• Advise customers on API usage, data mapping, and integration architecture.
• Influence product roadmap based on customer feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Build demos and documentation to accelerate customer success.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role at a SaaS or API-driven company.
• Strong proficiency with REST APIs, integration design, and developer workflows.
• Excellent communication; lead technical discussions with engineers and stakeholders.
• Builder mindset; creating demos, writing docs, and solving problems end-to-end.
• Experience in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment.
• Must be based in NYC and able to work hybrid at Flatiron, Manhattan office.
